Glasstem  is recognized as the Chinese professional supplier of float technology services and equipment. We also make glass tempering system. Glasstem can be dated back to 1995 in the name of JGE which is founded  by experts in the glass industry. JGE moved from Hangzhou to Shanghai in 2000. Today Glasstem owns more than 20,000 square meters land and 8,000 sqm buildings in the booming Shanghai industrial zone. 

Float Equipment

In the float glass industry Glasstem focuses on the float tin bath  and a complete set of machinery & equipment for the float bath area. 

Glasstem started manufacturing linear motor for tin bath in 1995. In addition to linear motor now the company manufactures bath steel, casings, roof casings, side sealing, head & exit cooler, endoscope cart, flag, pusher & fence, tin cooler,  tweel mechanism, de-drossing pocket, curtains & hood, dross box and top rollers (ADS machines).

Glasstem has supplies float equipment to more than 40 float lines including several plants owned by or using technologies from PPG, Saint-gobain, and Pilkington.
